We passionately believe that the Lord calls us to raise up teams that will make Jesus known among the nations. Teams can be varied, from one team consisting of families from one sending country reaching people in Asia to one ministry team in the Middle East with sixteen different nationalities.
Cross-cultural ministry works better in teams – providing encouragement, accountability and mentoring. They also sanctify us as our weaknesses and blind spots frustrate team members, even as their character flaws frustrate us. With your support, we can continue to strengthen ministry teams to remain effective for the gospel, by delivering teaching sessions on the challenges of cross-cultural team life, providing member care to struggling ministry teams and supporting the development of team leaders.
