Training and preparing mission workers well for their ministry is vital for them to be effective gospel witnesses, especially in such a culturally and religiously diverse place like the Middle East. Each year mission mobilisers at AWM-Pioneers train people seeking to serve among Arab people in topics such as introductions to Islam, orientation for mission, and specific training for specific mission contexts they will be joining.
